Shaded City was born when FoxTail Farmstead began selling Ohio roasted coffee at the Union County Farm Market. We believe in quality. We believe in personal. We believe in sustainability. Our coffees are small batch roasted right here in Ohio, with the care and dedication not possible for big brands. (We’d even grow our own beans if we could!)

Shaded City sources the finest quality arabica coffee beans from farms around the world. This helps us ensure that every cup you brew will be as delicious as the last. Even our decaf tastes good, because every drop matters.
We work to ensure we are packaging and transporting our products in environmentally friendly and sustainable ways. Re-usability is key metric for us — can it be used again, is it already recycled, or can it be safely recycled or composted? We strive to always be able to answer “yes” to this question.
